This pale, pink bubble dress from Forever 21 is a perfect addition to any girl’s Spring wardrobe. Paired with leggings, tights, or worn with bare legs, this dress can be “dressed-up” or “dressed-down”.
I would most likely pair this dress with a neutral cardigan and stilettos to compliment the outfit, but with a simple piece like this, there are a number of ways to make this style your own. (Perhaps give knee-high socks, heels and a cardigan a try?)

I LOVE anything pale pink/dusty rose at the moment. This dress is perfection, I would soo rock it with bone/cream strappies.
I absolutely love this dress as well. Especially with summer approaching, this could be a super cute dress for day or night. And with a nice tan this pink would really stand out.
